Totally LOVING this App!

Great looking interface, easy to use, easy to follow and easy to keep going! So much better than previous stuff I’ve used…

Love the “You’re on Track!” and the “Well Done” messages you get when logging your foods. Great tips on how to consume enough water per day and why… Awesome. 🙂

Firstly, they give you the option to choose between 3 meal plans to follow… Eating Healthy, Lose Weight or Gain Weight. Secondly, they have tons of foods & drinks logged with the amount of calories you’ll be consuming. Very little chance of you not finding what you’re trying to log. Thirdly, it’s cleverly designed – really interactive. I have the free version and it works 100%. It’s connected to an account you can create online – so you can either log online or on your phone. 🙂

Another thing I love about them: short emailers. No dragged out, straight to trash type of mailers.

ps/ ever since publishing this article, I’ve reverted back to MyFitnessPal – easier to use, interface not as pretty, but a lot more user friendly.
